Windows Office Hours is our continuing series of live Q&A for IT professionals here on Tech Community.
How does it work?
We will have a broad group of product experts, servicing experts, and engineers representing Windows, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows 365, Windows Autopilot, security, public sector, FastTrack, and more. They will be standing by here -- in chat -- to provide guidance, discuss strategies and tactics, and, of course, answer any specific questions you may have.
Post your questions in the Comments early and throughout the one-hour event.

- Keith-365Brass ContributorWhat are people's experiences with Win11 + Autopilot enrolment. We've had a roughly 50/50 success rate of provisioning win11 machines via AP. HAAD environment. Win10 usually ok. Recent AP setup on win11 device threw 80180005 errors
- vaumanCopper ContributorReliable on ethernet, consistent difficulty on WiFi. This has been true across multiple offices with different ISPs and WAPs
- Keith-365Brass ContributorSimilar experience here. LAN usually 100%, WLAN less so. I have assumed it is a line of sight issue back to the DC's.

We use Autopilot with no issues. We are a small shop of 50 employees, all devices are on Win11. We have not used this for Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
- Dave_McCahanCopper ContributorI haven't seen any problems with AP deployment to Win 11. I use AP for all my deployments and overall has worked well. At least no different than Win 10

Welcome to this monthโs Windows Office Hours! We'll be here for the next hour answering your questions, so please post away in the Comments section.
- Daniel_BargeCopper ContributorIn Intune, we get this error: "Failed to retrieve content information. (0x87D30065)" for some applications. The only thing I have found regarding this error is a connectivity issue, but I don't believe that's the only reason to receive this error. We have verified connectivity multiple times. Is there any more information on this error code?

Hi Daniel - Have you looked at troubleshooting tips for Intune app installation issues? Microsoft MVP Annop Nair also has some troubleshooting tips that might help.
- Daniel_BargeCopper ContributorYes, I've looked at both of those articles but there is not much information on this specific error. I guess there just isn't much on this from Microsoft either (or anyone else). I figured I would at least take a shot to see if anyone knew more about this error. Thanks.
- reastman1966Brass ContributorI asked this last month but is there something that could be blocking the Microsoft Store for the Private Store? Nothing has changed on our GPO's that would block it. The error we are seeing is "Microsoft Store is blocked. Check with your IT or system administrator." Code 0x800704ec

Perhaps some of the information in this article might help? Add Microsoft Store apps to Microsoft Intune

Without knowing which Store GPOs you have configured, I don't think much can be said. To my knowledge, no nothing has changed specific to how the Store app itself acts although the tab/shelf for the "Private Store" was removed back in May so if you are using the "Restrict to Private Store Only" policy, the end result changed since this policy is about "blocking" the public tab/shelf/experience in the Store app and without the private tab being available at all anymore, this effectively blocks then entire Store app. Also not that there are no policies to block the "private Store" and there never have been. There have only ever been policies to block or disable the public/consumer experience.

- Dawn M WertzBrass ContributorI just wanted confirmation that no Windows 365 clients will be able to use video or screen sharing in Teams after January 2024. This will have a large impact on our users. Message Center alert MC674419 ยท Published Sep 8, 2023, states that Windows 365 Impact to users: Users will no longer be able to use video or screensharing when they are using Microsoft Teams optimized for VDI when this change is implemented.

Dawn M Wertz , MarkP , Rich_Olson - I'll need to follow-up with the team on this to get more details. I'll respond back when I have more information. Thanks!

Microsoft
Dawn M Wertz , MarkP , Rich_Olson - I got some more clarity here.
The actual impact is that the Single Window calls in VDI is being deprecated and that's why those features won't be supported.
The action item / follow-up in that Message Center post is correct in that you should update the Teams client and the WebRTCRedirector service on the VMs to the latest supported versions. By default, these will use Multi Window calls in VDI, and you can continue using the video and screensharing capabilities.
- Rich_OlsonCopper ContributorHow do we know if this will affect us? Is there a difference between Windows 365 and Microsoft 365 users? I am confused on who this will affect?
- MarkPCopper ContributorCan you link to this? I have been unable to find it in message center (or Google).

- Patrick-MattCopper ContributorWe heard that "Teams Management delegation via administrative units" is in Planning. When can we expect it to be in Preview or GA? In order to enable different Administrators (in different units) within Teams Admin Center to do their work, it is crucial to narrow down the impact of their tasks to the units they belong to.

Hi Patrick! Thanks for joining us. We don't have any Teams product team members in this Office Hours event, but I will work to find the right people to answer your question!
- sindrewCopper ContributorIs it possible to say something about when Autopatch will be available for A licenses?
- ThomasTrombleyFormer EmployeeHello Sindre. I checked in with our Autopatch team, and currently there is nothing to share. We're looking into expanding Autopatch to EDU customers (A3+) and will share information once available.
