I asked this last month but is there something that could be blocking the Microsoft Store for the Private Store? Nothing has changed on our GPO's that would block it. The error we are seeing is "Microsoft Store is blocked. Check with your IT or system administrator." Code 0x800704ec

Perhaps some of the information in this article might help? Add Microsoft Store apps to Microsoft Intune
- Jason_SandysOct 19, 2023MicrosoftWithout knowing which Store GPOs you have configured, I don't think much can be said. To my knowledge, no nothing has changed specific to how the Store app itself acts although the tab/shelf for the "Private Store" was removed back in May so if you are using the "Restrict to Private Store Only" policy, the end result changed since this policy is about "blocking" the public tab/shelf/experience in the Store app and without the private tab being available at all anymore, this effectively blocks then entire Store app. Also not that there are no policies to block the "private Store" and there never have been. There have only ever been policies to block or disable the public/consumer experience.
