- What is a way to use Intune to remove the Mail App that comes preinstalled with Windows OS? We have many users in our company who do not have email and we want to remove the Mail App so people can't setup a personal email address
- You add the app as if you were assigning an application in the Intune admin center, but in the assignments tab you add your groups/users to the Uninstall section.
- Within Security Module in Admin Center - Devices that are enrolled into Intune - Security Center is not catching malware but it is being caught by our FIrewall. Why is that happening? What settings are not setup so malware can be getting caught?
- We have meeting rooms configured to process external invitations, but have a delegations list that only includes internal staff + a few specific externals. For any external meeting organizer that is not on the delegates list, they can send a meeting invite to an internal employee who forwards it to the room and the room accepts and all is well. UNLESS - if the external organizer sends a meeting update (adds/edits agenda, etc), when the change arrives in the rooms inbox, it is treated as a new invite and tries to replace the existing accepted meeting and gets declined as a result since it was forwarded from internal. How do we get past this and get Exchange to recognize changes to existing approved external meetings? Opening up the delegate list is not a viable option for us.

- For Azure Dynamic Groups, are there any plans on bringing back the Organizational Unit property back as a viable option? Currently we can still select it in the Azure portal but I've been told by other Microsoft employees that it no longer works. We are trying to find the best way to dynamically add device groups that will stay current to Azure Admin Units as well as use similar type groups to keep Intune device management separate among a few different teams. Dynamically updaing groups via OU would make this infinitely easier.

Hi Cory. This is a great question and I've looked at this myself previously as I certainly concur with the possible value. For a variety of reasons though, this is not something that is planned on being reversed (to my knowledge). There is an active workstream though to improve grouping and targeting as a whole though and provide better, more flexible, granular, and responsive constructs to Intune. There are no timelines to share on this other than sometime in the "near" future. To fill the gap for the time being, the best way (IMO) to approach these types of targeting challenges is to use the Graph API and scripts to leverage the information that is currently captured elsewhere (in your on-prem AD in your scenario) to populate AAD/Entra ID groups. I fully acknowledge there's some overhead in this and it is additional effort on your part, but once set up and running, will achieve your goals here (at least in the interim). - Heather_PoulsenThanks for joining us, Cory. - In New Outlook App - Many of our users are having an issue where you open up an email but the body of the email does not load up. We have to close out of the email and then double click it several times for the body of the email to load up so you can read it. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

- Is there any timeframe on unattended mode for Remote Help being released? Also any recommendations on how to fulfil MFA during logon on shared devices - Windows Hello isn't suitable.

We changed the channel of all of our installed instances of Office 365 using an Intune Config Profile. It was a device targeted profile using the Settings Catalog
