New Teams - Set most recent app view as default
Amazing! Could you share the entire command and also give a reference to the documentation where you found the allowable arguments?
would it be - "[path to msteams.exe] msteams:/l/teams" for example to make it open to the "Teams" app ?
I'm having trouble finding the path. What is the path to teams.exe?
And what are all the allowed arguments - in particular - to open to the "Teams" app and/or a specific channel?
Thanks!!! 🙏😊
That is the full command line that I used. I created my shortcut from the Desktop as follows:
Right-Click > New > Shortcut
In "Type the location of the item" I pasted "msteams:/l/calendar" and saved
I didn't put the full path. Windows seems to be reconciling that on its own.
I don't remember where I found this but from what I remember this was the only argument the site listed. I'm sure there are others, but this resolved my problem so I was happy.
