With AI, and all of the required consulting which does need to be somewhat tailored to the customer, to the industry, and yet generic on the MSP side, are we evolving back to the days of IT consultancy as the primary business model where AI is concerned?

Is MSP still a valid moniker for the role we will be playing? Maybe VAR is more accurate because the consulting is the value add and makes it more understood that there needs to be a longer term engagement to achieve said value?
