    Currently I'm trying to get understood if Teams Call Queue services are supporting Local Media Optimization (LMO). If all other call scenarios are working, but Call Queues does not, then isn't that logically that Call Queue service is broken? The problem appears when Call Queue is calling to agent where we must use LMO, meaning the RTP must go between Teams Desktop client and SBC's internal interface.

      Yes. Direct Routed numbers applied to users, are used as their DDIs, Direct Routed numbers applied to Resource Accounts can be used as a dialling choice in Collaborative Calling. If its an Enterprise SBC, you can create number fixups to present whatever the carrier permits. Best Regards - Peace, Health and Happpiness. Frank

    If i enable forwarding in teams to external number and someone(who is in island mode) call from teams to teams will that transfer to external number.

    Does Team admin role will allow to get full command on admin portal. Will Team admin role allow to see the MBR configuration

    Will there be further advanced Teams Admin Portal options for (for example) changing things like voice routing to SBCs? Or will these be PowerShell only for the foreseeable future?

      I also would like to know if there are any plans to bring Phone Number Assignment for Teams Direct Routing to the TAC so that I do not need to use PowerShell in the future?
