- chriswagnerBrass ContributorWhat about a Night service within Call Queues?
- You can configure business hours and call actions for non business hours for the Auto Attendant service and combine it with Call Queue.
- chriswagnerBrass ContributorOk and what if no user is available within the Call queue? I can configure a timeout but the users have to wait
- Holly LehmanIron ContributorPublic M365 roadmap! https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=
- tyrantxmnCopper ContributorI think I check the roadmap more than facebook.... errr Meta.
- RickNarvaezCopper ContributorIs it possible for you to develop a way certain Teams messages could be sent to Teams desk phones? Is this something that could be developed? I imagine it would be a highly desired function for schools/businesses dealing with emergency response flows.
- sethIron ContributorIf a user redirects to the call queue, the agent does get no information in the toast notification from which user was the call forwarded. Is this a mistake? Every classic system support this. And will there be live statistics for the call queue agents in the future?
- aguilargtCopper ContributorAre there any plans to support more than 1 DDI line per user? I'm aware we can do a workaround using call queues but I would like to know if multiple DDIs will be supported at some point.
- Ashka123Brass ContributorDoes caller id work for teams calling plan number and not for Direct routing
- Ashka123Brass ContributorI read somewhere we can change media bit rate under the meeting policy however its not visible. is it visible for GA role only
- tyrantxmnCopper ContributorWith all these cool features, how will our local telco's make money now?! 😉
- If they support Teams they will get happier customers and then make more money... 🙂
- tyrantxmnCopper ContributorBut so many like to do nothing and charge the same amount, this will break that model.
- Ashka123Brass Contributorwhat is the difference between Group vs channel to add in call queue
- When you add a channel the management of the queue will the handled in a Teams channel. Read more here: https://www.lync.se/2021/04/collaborative-calling/ Members in the team will be automatic added as agents in the queue.
- When you select Channel, the call queue will become Voice Channel enabeld. In the channel, you will find a new tab "calls".
- Holly LehmanIron ContributorDo you want to participate in the Microsoft Teams public preview?? Here is the information you are looking for! https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/public-preview-doc-updates
- Markus_JohanssonIron ContributorHolly Lehman would be good to have a complete list of which features are currently in Preview. It's a bit tricky to participate when we don't know which features we get when in this mode.
- Petri-XBronze ContributorCould you describe what shall we take care with preview? One question running our heads has been the data, is that managed differently than non-preview data? Is there any document which clarifies how the data is managed between previews vs. regular use? The issue is, in past there has been statements that Microsoft have had "better" possibilities to logs etc.. In one way this is logical, as obviously you would like to get some benefits as well when allowing customers to use previews. Also what is the difference between the previews we can see now and then on TAC and with this preview?
