what is the difference between Group vs channel to add in call queue

When you add a channel the management of the queue will the handled in a Teams channel. Read more here: https://www.lync.se/2021/04/collaborative-calling/ Members in the team will be automatic added as agents in the queue.

When you select Channel, the call queue will become Voice Channel enabeld. In the channel, you will find a new tab "calls".
