- Petri-XBronze ContributorAbout the emergency calls, not sure if this has been asked, but do you do differences between US and non US emergency calls. Is there something what we should take care when implementing emergency calls in EU?
- Can you share more details about the "spam call notifications" feature, is this service maintained by Microsoft itself? what about false positives? Thanks
- It is controlled by an external database, that I don't remember the name of currently. But it is a 3rd party managing this service.
- sideone42Copper Contributorrepost, i may have missed the answer. is it possible to disable the 'unknown participant is now joining/existing' messages?
- sideone42Copper Contributorthanks.
- GavinParryCopper ContributorTeams Voice Newbie question. We have a problem where PSTN calls which are put on a silent hold by 3rd Party seem to be disconnected after minutes. It doesn't seem to happen with Hold Music. We have direct routing with a AudioCodes SBC. Is there a Teams setting that could be causing this or the SBC?
- ADeisserCopper Contributorin this case you have to search the Problem on the Audiocodes SBC. There is a timer to drop calls without any RDP stream/data.
- MAX TOBLERBrass ContributorOn CAP we need to set predefined speed dials pushed using profiles. Do you plan anything to solve this need?

This is in our short-term backlog. We are actively investigating how we can bring this to our customers soon.
- RickNarvaezCopper ContributorRepeat Q that hasn't been discussed: Is it possible for you to develop a way certain Teams messages could be sent to Teams desk phones? Is this something that could be developed? I imagine it would be a highly desired function for schools/businesses dealing with emergency response flows.
- Michael TresslerIron ContributorIn the short term, you may want to look into Teams Displays. They have the full Teams desk phone calling experience as well as a Teams client built in. Notifications sent via Teams would appear on the Teams display.
- aguilargtCopper ContributorUsing Microsoft Calling Plans is there a solution to screen robocalls or reject them completely? with Direct Routing, my provider gives us option to do that.
- You have the option to block calls https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/block-inbound-calls There is also a default SPAM call notification using a external database. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/set-csteamscallingpolicy?view=skype-ps
- MAX TOBLERBrass ContributorPersonal assistance need to do quick consultative transfers. They want/need a two push transfer. Will you improve reduce the amount of steps on hardphones?

We are updating our phones user interface to address this feedback. We are bringing transfer to the top of the user interface instead of under more options.
