Repeat Q that hasn't been discussed: Is it possible for you to develop a way certain Teams messages could be sent to Teams desk phones? Is this something that could be developed? I imagine it would be a highly desired function for schools/businesses dealing with emergency response flows.
In the short term, you may want to look into Teams Displays. They have the full Teams desk phone calling experience as well as a Teams client built in. Notifications sent via Teams would appear on the Teams display.
