Teams Voice Newbie question. We have a problem where PSTN calls which are put on a silent hold by 3rd Party seem to be disconnected after minutes. It doesn't seem to happen with Hold Music. We have direct routing with a AudioCodes SBC. Is there a Teams setting that could be causing this or the SBC?

in this case you have to search the Problem on the Audiocodes SBC. There is a timer to drop calls without any RDP stream/data.
