- Alex-127Copper ContributorWill remote support from intune always come from the third party TeamViewer? Will there ever be an integrated solution?

Please check out Microsoft Intune Remote Help as it is cloud-native Intune solution. aka.ms/remotehelpdocs
- Stephen_DevlinBrass ContributorWe need unattended access for management though.

- ShamiliinspiraCopper ContributorIs there a road map for Advanced App Management to auto remove unwanted applications in customer's estate by scanning all the applications in one go, easing the App Management for Customers

It's not part of the roadmap as of now but we will investigate this in the future. Thank you for the feedback.
- BCoxSecureSkyCopper ContributorWill Intune Suite ever be a part of the M365 license set, such as E5?
- euburrag
Microsoft
Microsoft has been adding value into the Microsoft 365 E5 license for years. As customers have asked us to extend our products, such as Intune, into more adjacent categories, it's become necessary to package the value from the Intune Suite separately.- -_RH_-Iron ContributorI think the customers here are asking to extend the products within the existing licensing. 🙂 Or, perhaps consider E6 or something. However, I think the customer concern is eventually the $10/user/month add-on (seemingly always $10 regardless of the relative value or market price, which is frustrating as a customer) will evolve into yet another $10/user/month add-on for the next evolution of Intune functionality.
- Patrick_ArmbrusterCopper ContributorWindows AutoPatch feature updates is currently it is set to 20H2 and won't be updated until May for 21H2. Are there any plans to allow administrators to choose what feature update to install? Like we would prefer to upgrade to 22H2 vs 21H2? Right now we have to create a feature update and add devices to that to upgrade to 22H2.
- Rodney_FournierCopper ContributorDo you have a link or a learn doc that does a feature comparison from SCCM to Intune? To help someone to compare what Intune can provide that SCCM has provided in the past. If not when will this be addressed with all the new Suite Features being released?
- HeyHey16KIron ContributorIf you use CM for building computers and are considering Intune/Autopilot, definitely do your research. We were CM for builds and now use Autopilot, and Autopilot is natively/completely missing some vital features of CM when it comes to builds, plus Autopilot maintenance is more complex than CM.
- Rodney_FournierCopper ContributorYes, that is the document I would love read!

Microsoft
- Khullar1979Copper Contributorwill it be possible to update bios version for HP, Lenovo, Dell machines direct from Intune
- trebelowBrass ContributorWe are currently stuck with co-management due to Intune's missing software metering capability. Do you guys plan to offer the feature in the cloud?
- Zach Dvorak
Microsoft
Thanks for your question. We don't have anything to share related to software metering in Intune at this time, but if you have specific use cases for software metering that you'd like to see in Intune, we'd love to hear your feedback.- Andy FullertonCopper ContributorIn the EDU space we use software metering in our computer lab and computer commons environments (also to count # and duration of logins throughout the day on) and to verify use of licensed applications on staff devices to ensure we aren't overspending on un-used licenses.
- I feel like the licenses for Intune features are not group together. How do I get EPM, Endpoint Analytics, and Advanced App Management all in one place.

All three will be available in Microsoft Intune Suite licensing. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/intune-add-ons
- SimonYYCCopper ContributorAre there plans to provide more support for multi-session (pooled) Azure Virtual Desktop with Intune CSPs and security baselines/policies? Currently this is very limited and results in our solution having to use legacy AD with GPOs.
