- Stacie_SCopper ContributorFor Copilot in PowerPoint, I know there's a workaround to have Copilot create presentations using my company's branded template—open my branded template first, then ask copilot to generate content. When doing this, I noticed Copilot will "Frankenstein" slide masters (pull elements of certain slide masters and create its own unique set of slide layouts). Will Copilot eventually have the ability to generate PPT content, only using pre-built slide master layouts and without significantly altering the on-brand slide masters?
- NiranjanDeoCopper ContributorHi Stacie - great feedback. We don't have specifics to share on when this capability will light up. Please share your feedback here as well in the PowerPoint forum https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback.
- Cersoy001Copper ContributorI wanted to use copilot with data masking application that my organization build in house. My users enter their prompt. After pressing send button , the expectation is the prompt should go my organizations application first then it continues its standart route like to microsoft graph. Is it possible?
- NiranjanDeoCopper ContributorYou could do that with a custom copilot built with Copilot Studio, but there isn't a way to filter prompts sent to Microsoft Copilot.

- johnzancanaroBrass ContributorDo we have a timeline on when we should expect the "Team Copilot" or the Copilot you can build and have it join your meeting as a visual and vocal participant in Teams?

Hi John, the Team Copilot capabilities will be available in preview later this year for customers with a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
- GirlfridayvoBrass ContributorI'm probably the only person with this question and it's probably a silly question, but here goes.... I want to set up Copilot so that I can use it as a personal assistant with capabilities similar to what we had with the Cortana integration on Windows 8 and 10. Specifically to help manage my email. In one of the breakouts yesterday, I heard that you can "train" Copilot to understand how you want it to manage your email inbox, but I can't find details on how to do that. So, is there a way to do that and how?
- K-FusionCopper ContributorDefinitely not the only person - and a bit let down over here that for paying customers, the product cannot connect throughout all Copilot 365 experiences and have some sort of forsight/master control/shared ability matrix. meaning - while copilot in teams cannot create a flow, it should be able to connect to copilot in power automate and tell/ask that copilot to create the automate, given that both copilots (given the proper knowledge learn book, should be able to solve for what would be needed in the flow. But - I know it's still early stages. 🙂

Hey Kristen, I wonder if you heard the reference to the new Copilot Studio capabilities coming soon where they can be triggered by the arrival of an email to them independantly complete tasks for you. You can build your own copilot or even automation with Power Automate when certain emails arrive in your mail, then perform a certain task. Does that sound relevant to you?- GirlfridayvoBrass ContributorHi Jack, Yes, I attended some breakout sessions related to Copilot Studio. I have Copilot for Microsoft 365 and signed up for Copilot Studio yesterday. So, I need to explore Studio and figure out how to create an agent that can do what I've described. I asked the question in one of those breakouts and they said I would need to use a combination of Copilot and Power Automate. Is that the case or do you think it can be created in Copilot Studio without Power Automate? My account is Office 365 E3. So, I have access to Power Automate and other Power Apps. I did figure out that to leverage Copilot more effectively IN Outlook, I have to switch to the NEW Outlook Desktop App. So, now I toggle between the Classic version and the New version (the New Outlook doesn't have all the features I use in the Classic version). #itscomplicated

- RWBWBGIron ContributorWill there be a set of release notes for more detailed engineering and under the hood updates in addition to the feature release notes?
- Amber_Waisanen
Microsoft
Hi Robert, is there a specific product feature you're looking to get additional release notes on?
- RWBWBGIron ContributorIs there a timeline on Excel Copilot Preview for GA?
- Sarah_GilbertSilver ContributorWe had an answer to this earlier . Find it here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/copilot-for-microsoft-365/post-build-ama-event-gain-insights-on-copilot-for-microsoft-365/ec-p/4149385#M1803
- RWBWBGIron ContributorCan we get a clear timeline for all update channel of the Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise? Today, I saw Copilot wake up in the Semi-Annual Enterprise preview build did a walk though and even ask if I wanted to summarize the document I was opening from OneDrive and then I opened a second file and it then took me to the, "not on this channel" page.
- Sarah_GilbertSilver ContributorI'm not entirely sure what you're asking about, but we have a public roadmap page where we update estimated release dates and descriptions for commercial features. Please note that all information is subject to change. As a feature or product becomes generally available, or is cancelled or postponed, information will be removed from this website. If a Targeted release is available, the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Targeted release, followed by Standard release. Otherwise, the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Standard release. You can filter on this page for Copilot and find it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Copilot%20(Microsoft%20365)
- Si_Mo55Copper ContributorChatGPT-4o analyses Excel similar to that of Copilot. What is the biggest differentiator between the two, besides the obvious that Copilot works in native Excel app?
- JDaltonCopper ContributorWith Intelligent Recap being added to the M365 Copilot license, how do the recent updates to Teams Premium affect the capabilities available with Recap in M365 Copilot?
- Amber_Waisanen
Microsoft
Hi Jeff, could you share more details on what recent updates in Teams Premium you're referring to?- JDaltonCopper ContributorPrevent users from sharing content in externally hosted meetings is one and do all SAM capabilities work with both as well (control who can access meeting artifacts, for example)?
