Currently, Copilot only allows image uploads. It would be great if we could also upload other types of documents like PDFs, Excel files, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. This would make Copilot much more efficient for us. Additionally, enabling uploads of larger documents, such as those with 500 pages or up to 20 MB, would be very useful, especially in the paid version. Right now, Copilot is limited to handling smaller tasks, but we need it to support larger projects for it to be truly helpful. Could you please share Copilot's plans for supporting these features in the near future?

We don't have specifics to share on when capabilities to process other document types and larger documents will be available. I suggest watching the roadmap for updates https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Copilot%20(Microsoft%20365)

Will Copilot be able to read/interpret, interact with user - on the entire content of a Document, e.g. - Embedded pictures showing text, graphs etc. - Processes/hierarchies etc. created in e.g. SmartArt - The connection between e.g. a custom text box placed underneath a SmartArt process step. Will it understand that the text box logically connects to the Process Step above? Maybe too detailed, but I am curious 🙂

Can you provide timing around when we will see more copilot prompt options in Outlook such as calendaring, auto scheduling from emails, prompting for next steps in multi-thread emails to resolve emails that have not been followed through on, option to move an email convo to Teams chat / interface, auto reminders for invites sent without a reminder?

I have the same question regarding Copilot integration in Outlook. I've tried prompting Copilot to analyze and identify email messages that require a response and the emails it selects are general sales emails. There's supposed to be a way to "train" Copilot on how to identify which emails are important and require action so that it can perform as a productivity assistant in Outlook, but I haven't received instructions on how to set it up. However, during a Build breakout session, one of the moderators said it would need to be a combination of Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Having explored creating this functionality in Power Automate, I can tell you it's not an "intuitive" interface. I have to provide it with specific keywords, subject line details, etc... Basically no different than setting up a rule in Outlook directly. Hope someone can provide specific instructions on how to do this!

Will you be adding Copilot for Microsoft 365 to partner benefits in some sort of (at least) demo capacity or NFR capacity? or does this already exist in a way that I am just missing?

I have contacted MPN support and they seemed to be confused. I really hope this, or the verbiage of the package, is addressed because this was a huge let down after we purposely purchased the larger tier new 'AI Cloud' partner package because of the phrasing 'Microsoft 365 (With Copilot)' verbiage which was pretty misleading TBH.

Bottom line, if we could better demo this to our clients we'd be upselling licenses like hot cakes. Even in a demo tenant, but showing videos of it just doesn't have the same effect. Thanks for reading and thanks for taking care of your partners! -Ridge @ WRLD.Tech
