How do you specify which credits should be applied where? Example, we have packs we purchased for use with Copilot Studio and we have pay as you go set up for Cowork. If a user builds in a Power Platform environment that has one of the credit packs assigned and they are part of a billing plan that is pay as you go that we set up for Cowork, what happens? If we have Cowork cost AI credits WorkIQ toggle turned off in MAC, does that prevent WorkIQ from being accessible in Copilot Studio or Foundry?

How is it decided when prepaid capacity pack credits are used vs pay as you go? Why are prepaid capacity packs not used up before consuming pay as you go credits? How can I accurately report credit usage and total cost when there are discrepencies in the M365 admin center? I see a different total number of credits used when I view the overview vs when I look at the credits used by the default policy.

Is there a way for users to know what will be the cost of a certain task?

A few functionality questions:
- Is there/will there be a way for Cowork to hand off to agents?
- In Copilot Studio, certain actions are covered under our M365 Copilot monthly fee, is that the same in Copilot Cowork?
- When is Microsoft's Cowork 1 coming out and what impact is it anticipated to have on reducing credit consumption?
- Both Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio hit the same "bank account" of credits, but the reporting between the two (MAC and PPAC) doesn't talk to each other. How do we address that?
- Is there any documentation on the consumption rate difference between Copilot Cowork executing a skill and executing the same skill a Copilot Studio agent?

Is Copilot Cowork available in EU for Microsoft Business plan?

What is the best way to save prompts and view the history of how a prompt has evolved? The initial prompt usually has room for improvement. I’m missing a prompt archive feature, something like Apple’s Time Machine.

How can users gain a better understanding of the consumption associated with use of Copilot Cowork? Right now there's nothing for them to see or analyze when it comes to their info. What task on any give day/week/month used the most credits? How can they make their skills as efficient as possible? etc.

It would be great if a M365 Copilot license included a starter amount of credits. This way you can get a sample of what Copilot Cowork. Compare the cost versus work benefit.

Two questions I have regarding Copilot Cowork:
Does Copilot Cowork requires Anthropic to be enabled as a Microsoft subprocessors?
We have a PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) setup, and it worked successfully on the first day. However, since then, we have been encountering the following error:
API Error: 400 Invalid 'tools': array too long. Expected an array with maximum length 128, but got an array with length 144 instea

It would be great if the AI agent I create in Copilot Studio could automatically identify, based on my prompt, which tools need to be connected to generate the desired output, and then assist me in doing so.
