We limit access to Cowork by adding users to a security group, and then created a billing policy that applies to that group. Can you confirm that this is the only way users can access Cowork?

Two Questions:
1. Regarding the setup of groups with different Cowork cost allocated to them: So far I heard about tiering the groups in these two dimensions: by role in the Org (Associate, Senior, Partner) and by experience with Cowork (first week, first month first year ...)
-> do you suggest other Tiering suggestions for Cowork billing?
2. Are there dynamic groups planned which are based on Copilot Usage? Think: The power-user which fires off 50+ Prompts to the "normal" Copilot does get more Cowork Credits allocated? - kaylee2Copper Contributor
How can we direct users to a custom credit request form when they reach the limit? The out of the box option doesn't allow you to mark requests as rejected, doesn't let them know when their request is approved, and doesn't let us have them select a requested limit to increase to. Also, when will users be able to monitor their own total credit usage instead of having to reach out to an admin to see where they're at?

Hello! When/where will each user know how many copilot credits they have consumed and have left? We receive this question everyday as many users use cowork! And for now, even if I tell them about the /cost, I cannot expect them to manually sum all threads! Thank you!

Agree - We need our end users to have visibility to how much they're using and the cost this will be per month. Even better would be for them to understand how much each task costs, so they can begin to understand what tasks output value is worth the cost with Cowork vs. using Copilot or a different tool.

In my opinion, the process for sharing AI agents with company members is currently very complex. Will this be simplified?.

Why isn't there an easier way to interact with AI agents created in Copilot Studio via Power Automate? Currently, you have to go through MS Azure and AI Builder when dealing with larger documents that require text and image extraction.

Will the limits for AI agents—specifically the maximum number (20) and size (25 MB)—be increased?

Just want to confirm customer can use PayGO policy only when they don't want to buy prepaid credits or is it always prepaid then paygo if any credits are within the environment?
I'm both a Microsoft MVP and an MCT. Is there any way to get free Copilot Credits for Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork?
