- ricardoacevCopper ContributorWe have a business Copilot account and we are investigating different features, one of the super useful features for the company is described in the following link and enables the option to organize team calendars and meetings, We see copilot to generate/summarize emails but we don't see the Copilot option enabled in the ribbon for calendar, can you please address us how to enable it? https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/outlook-blog/copilot-in-outlook-helps-you-achieve-more/ba-p/3981033
- ricardoacevCopper ContributorI got with our accounts admin and we confirm that MS Copilot is enabled for my account in the Admin Panel
- GabeHoFormer EmployeeHey Ricardo, thanks for the feedback. I'd just like to confirm first that you have a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license assigned to the user account? Copilot in Outlook is a feature of Copilot for Microsoft 365 that is available as an add-on license.
- ricardoacevCopper ContributorI think it is because I see Copilot in all other Office applications and I also see some features enabled on Outlook, how can I confirm if the license assigned to my user account is well configured to get access to these features?
- TakiStewartCopper ContributorWhat's recommended at the org level to prepare internal security, legal, dev, and external customers for your planned usage of AI?

Microsoft
We will definitely have it covered in multiple sessions through the event. Stay tuned.
- VelociPartnerCopper ContributorI don't want every comment here flooding my inbox. How to disable that please?
- onsighttechOccasional Readeri know right, i got to watch a video and then it takes me 10 minutes to figure out how to end the onslaught of junkmail, kind of ridiculious and not what i would expect from a professional company.
- Sarah_GilbertSilver ContributorIf you click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the session right below the video, you can click " unsubscribe" which will help
- uvebeenrobdBrass ContributorGo to your profile and uncheck "Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in"
- FordE2024Copper ContributorI cannot see any video. I get Google Workspace error.

- Tyler_BorchardtBrass ContributorBy no means do I represent Microsoft or work for them in any way, but for those getting the Video Unavailable error and can access LinkedIn, I found it's live there as well which is working for me. https://www.linkedin.com/events/introductiontocopilotformicroso7168362787516207105/theater/
- bthomasTXCopper ContributorIs there support for the session. No Sound.

- BruceDavisCopper ContributorCan't join the event. All I get is a Youtube message saying "Video unavailable: This video is unavailable with Restricted Mode enabled. To view this video, you will need to disable Restricted Mode." I went into my Youtube settings and disabled Restricted mode, but it automatically switches back on and still won't play.
- GabeHoFormer EmployeeHey Bruce, hmm it may be your organization IT that has restricted YouTube. Perhaps try Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/events/introductiontocopilotformicroso7168362787516207105/theater/
- BruceDavisCopper Contributor
No, IT has not restricted Youtube. But I shouldn't have to disable the adult content filters to attend a Microsoft 365 Copilot event! (although I tried to). . . As for LinkedIn - I have to have a separate LinkedIn account to join that, and I don't use LinkedIn. Why is this not being hosted on Teams?
- Chris BardonBrass ContributorCopilot in Teams is really only able to act on meetings if they are transcribed. As a tenant admin, is there a way to set it up so that every meeting is automatically recorded/transcribed? Otherwise you're at the mercy of someone pushing that button.
- JB-365Copper ContributorYes, through meeting policies applied to users in Teams you can make transcription default. Also, just recently the ability to use Copilot in meetings without transcription became available. This is helpful for organizations with more restrictions around transcription. You will be able to use Copilot while the meeting is running, but you will miss out on the post-meeting AI recap.
- Matt_PhilipenkoFormer EmployeeHello Chris, Thanks for your question. As long as you have access to the Teams Admin center you can set policies. Check out this learn article. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoftteams/meeting-transcription-captions
- Chris BardonBrass ContributorRight, that gives you a policy to allow/disallow transcription, but I want to enforce transcription by default. It seems like there might be a way to do it with sensitivity labels, but I haven't found a policy setting that is just "automatically record meetings" or "automatically transcribe meetings"
- John Felix PaƱaCopper Contributorwhen you ask copilot to create an article on specific topic, Word seems to add more relevant content compared to having powerpoint create a presentation based on same topic that you ask Copilot in Word
- Knut Relbe-MoeCopper ContributorCopilot in Word is more developed, you can also see that on the inline experience compared to PowerPoint, but as Gabe suggested continue to provide feedback.
- GabeHoFormer EmployeeHey John, thanks for the feedback! I recommend continuing to use the thumbs up/down to provide feedback on prompt responses so we can continue improving it.
