Hey Ricardo, thanks for the feedback. I'd just like to confirm first that you have a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license assigned to the user account? Copilot in Outlook is a feature of Copilot for Microsoft 365 that is available as an add-on license.

I think it is because I see Copilot in all other Office applications and I also see some features enabled on Outlook, how can I confirm if the license assigned to my user account is well configured to get access to these features?
