- MichelleProperBrass ContributorDo you have a suggestion on where to host the community of practice for our early adopters to share ideas and comments? Teams? Viva? We are M365 E3 but we do not have the Viva add-on license.
- kristinkoppBrass ContributorGreat session Karuana. Couldn't agree more with everything you said!
- David_KriekCopper ContributorThank you so much. I can hardly wait for co-pilot to be launched everywhere. So far, working with it has been most certainly a real pleasure. A great achievement considering this is only the start. Thanks again for giving us practices for driving user satisfaction and engagement for Copilot.
- Inger_ChristensenBrass ContributorThe shared link https://aka.ms/AIforall is not working for people outside Microsoft.

- JackDuMezIron ContributorUser Enablement, KPIs and Measures -- When to Scale Back: Wondering if there is a way to pull back Copilot from a group or organization if User Enablement is not as significant as an organization expects (not suggesting this is a way to move forward, but may need a backout plan as part of these User Enablement plans).

Yes you can "unlicensed" people but I'd advise against it. Likely the UE plan needs updating with the Top 10, community engagement or more progressive skilling. Pulling back can be more damaging to user trust than its worth. - JoshLeporati

JackDuMez - also think about potentials here on reassigning Copilot licensing to other groups in the organization that maybe are ready for User Enablement with these technologies. Getting that group and then having them demonstrate their "ah-ha's" to inspire/foster user enablement back in the groups that wasn't leveraging the solutions to their fullest.

- Nikitas1104Brass ContributorI have been using 365 Chat, especially to ask questions about documents stored within a SharePoint to which I have access to. It does okay with general questions ("Summarize this document", "What are the main takeaways of this contract?"), but really struggles with more precise questions ("What is the agreed bonus on this contract?", "What are the special clauses pertaining to confidentiality in this document?"). Why is that, and do you plan on improving this? To give a comparison, using Azure OpenAI's Bring Your Own Data on the same documents works much better.
