User Enablement, KPIs and Measures -- When to Scale Back: Wondering if there is a way to pull back Copilot from a group or organization if User Enablement is not as significant as an organization expects (not suggesting this is a way to move forward, but may need a backout plan as part of these User Enablement plans).

Yes you can "unlicensed" people but I'd advise against it. Likely the UE plan needs updating with the Top 10, community engagement or more progressive skilling. Pulling back can be more damaging to user trust than its worth. - JoshLeporatiFeb 28, 2024

JackDuMez - also think about potentials here on reassigning Copilot licensing to other groups in the organization that maybe are ready for User Enablement with these technologies. Getting that group and then having them demonstrate their "ah-ha's" to inspire/foster user enablement back in the groups that wasn't leveraging the solutions to their fullest.
