- thx_1138Copper Contributorcan you call out what requires "Teams Premium" vs. Copilot?
- Knut Relbe-MoeCopper ContributorTeams Premium is more for meeting templates, virtual appointments, and so on, and not so much of the AI side, the only thing you have from the AI side is intelligent Recap. But that is probably one of the most usefull things right now from Copilot for Teams as well, so for 7 dollars a month or so it's a good deal. For instance it's really usesfull also if you want to use meeting templates to have transcription on or off.
- ERobillardBrass ContributorAppears incomplete - pretty sure they both include Recap and have other overlap, and this Copilot feature list is not Teams-specific. Anyone else have a more complete comparison?
- teamolafCopper ContributorHow do you prove to new customers that security is tight as opposed to just trusting the settings? Is there a log that proves that nothing slipped through the cracks?
- Kelly_LaForest_CDWBrass ContributorI'd use the following tools to prove to a customer that their M365 tenant security is tight. (1) The data access governance report in the SharePoint Admin center would help identify potential oversharing that would be equated with loose security re: sharing links and access to sites with files labelled with sensitive labels. If data isn't labelled, the content explorer in Purview would show files in your M365 tenant (SharePoint/OneDrive) that contain sensitive information. You could also use the Communication compliance tool to start detecting communications that discuss certain sensitive information that may lead to clues that someone has access where they shouldn't. On the post-Copilot deployment side, your compliance manager can use the audit log in Purview to view Copilot activities to see who has interacted with Copilot.
- GabeHoIron ContributorHello! I'd recommend checking out these two resources, How Microsoft delivers trustworthy AI - https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/copilot-for-microsoft-365/how-microsoft-365-delivers-trustworthy-ai/ba-p/4045596 and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/trust-center/product-overview
- Alan CohenBrass ContributorCan we accelerate the 24/48-hour wait period from the time we assign Copilot license to a user until she sees the Copilot button in M365 desktop Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)?

Microsoft
We are looking into ways to make this process smoother/quicker. For now we have a workaround: The user can launch any Microsoft 365 App, navigate to File > Account and hit the 'Update License' button. This should make the Microsoft 365 Apps aware that a Copilot license was assigned and unlock those fetaures.

- luistapia_007Copper ContributorHello, Just for visibility.. I would like to preemptively ask the question. I have been playing around and implementing Ai studio, DocumentAI, etc. The one thing I ran into when trying to use the Copilot Studio is the $200/mo fee. I would like to keep learning it but the fee is really high. If I use it in a non production environment does the fee still apply? Thanks in advance. I will wait patiently 🙂
- PRAVARCopper ContributorWith the controls and understanding, the responses may vary for user to user depending on the access to the data sources for same prompt by different users? the accuracy of the differs in this case. Is my understanding correct?
- GabeHoIron ContributorPotentially. The responses from Copilot depends on context and what the user has access to.
- rupertsCopper ContributorWhat I'd like to do is to automatically transcript every Teams meeting rather than me manually triggering it.

Microsoft
I'll actually cover this in a moment. In the Microsoft Teams admin center under Meeting policies > [Choose Policy] > Recording and Transcription, you'll find two settings for Transcription and Copilot that you can configure to automatically transcribe.

- Bipin-prakashBrass ContributorUnfortunately Copilot Studio (previously Power virtual agents) is still a $200 a month for 25000 messages. You can begin a trial and it allows you to renew the trial but that is all you get.
- luistapia_007Copper ContributorUnderstood. A non-production environment for learning would be helpful.
- JpzoeCopper ContributorCan't wait...👍
