- Hello, Just for visibility.. I would like to preemptively ask the question. I have been playing around and implementing Ai studio, DocumentAI, etc. The one thing I ran into when trying to use the Copilot Studio is the $200/mo fee. I would like to keep learning it but the fee is really high. If I use it in a non production environment does the fee still apply? Thanks in advance. I will wait patiently 🙂
- With the controls and understanding, the responses may vary for user to user depending on the access to the data sources for same prompt by different users? the accuracy of the differs in this case. Is my understanding correct?
- Potentially. The responses from Copilot depends on context and what the user has access to.
- What I'd like to do is to automatically transcript every Teams meeting rather than me manually triggering it.

I'll actually cover this in a moment. In the Microsoft Teams admin center under Meeting policies > [Choose Policy] > Recording and Transcription, you'll find two settings for Transcription and Copilot that you can configure to automatically transcribe.
