- As an Admin, how can we troubleshoot and assist the users when they use the same prompt and receive different response based on their access to the datasets. How can we assist and help them to point out the dataset for which they dont have access that provided them the different response than the other user?

The access to data would be only what that user of Copilot has access to. Copilot does not have and cannot grant access to files that the user in that session cannot access.
- Understood. How do we assist in case there is a complaint that the user mentions that he/she has access to same datasets similar to other user. However he/she gets different response from the same prompt?
- What permissions are required for an admin to deploy M365 Copilot such as Global admin?
- Will an organization using Okta federated with Entra ID be able to use Copilot for Microsoft 365? I assume the answer is yes, correct?
- Will you ever allow Copilot to be FULLY integrated into the Outlook for Windows client rather than just the "New" (and generally disliked) Outlook?
- I would love that as the New Outlook is missing many key features of day-to-day use.

- Can I configure all this on my own as I belong to a university based MS 365 - and let the university be the admin and set up all the security, etc.

You can use the personal Copilot experiences either with or without a Microsoft account. For work experiences with additional data protections and Microsoft Graph integration, your admin would need to configure everything. - Thank you for sharing the direct link to the Copilot Setup Guide Bipin! Curious - I don't see the "Get ready for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365" Setup guide in my tenant (all users M365 E5 licenses) in the MAC Setup guide section. Perhaps do I need to have purchased a minimum of one Copilot M365 license for that guide to appear?
- Do we need to use Intune to control the rollout of update channels to users? Can't it be done through config.office.com?

Yes, there are also ways to reinvoke the ClicktoRun installer with an updated ODT configuration file. You don't have to use policies, but they tend to be the simplest way.
