- When will Copilot be available for GCC?

Hi Charles, Thanks for your question. We're excited to be bringing Copilot for Microsoft 365 to the GCC environment Summer 2024. As we get closer to summer we'll share more specifics on www.microsoft365.com/roadmap- Because Copilot is not available for GCC, does that mean that Teams meeting "intelligent recap" is not available for GCC. We have Teams premium on GCC and can't see (activate?) "Intelligent Recap." TY

- Not yet. But we're working on that.
- Will the price of the Copilot Pro subscription for commercial users ever be reduced/included in the personal M365 family subscription?

- When will copilot be able to take actions in M365 tools? for example, in Teams u should be able to configure it to create action items in Planner. In 365 chat, it should be able to create Word or PPT documents if asking it to.
- DanNarlochHI Bill, excellent question. The majority of the app commands need to be done in the specific app itself. For example, you can create a PPTX from a Word document or another file, if prompting in PPTX. To your specific examples you're asking above that functionality is not there at this time. With Copilot studio you can create your own data flows and prompts using different data sources and apps to build specific actions for your needs.
- I haven't tried Studio yet, but I will. Can it actually do that specific situation, where it takes action items from Copilot teams meeting recap and creates action items in Planner?
- Can Copilot activity be audited, i.e. to determine what data in SharePoint/OneDrive was accessed?
- Yes, all Copilot interactions are in the Audit log, and eDiscovery tools can be used to see what resources were used in each interaction.

- How often does copilot refresh data ? Eg from emails?
- Hey Harsh, Copilot itself does not refresh data per se. It is grounded in tenant and user data through the Semantic Index. When the semantic index has completed indexing for a customer for the first time, documents created by users are indexed in near real-time in the user's mailbox. New documents that are added to SharePoint Online sites that are accessible, via site inheritance, by two or more users are indexed daily. When an indexed user and tenant level document is updated, the changes are immediately indexed.

Attached is the Power Point document that is contained in the Copilot-Adoption-Kit.zip file available on Micorosoft's Copilot support hub. It is one of the document in the kit. It is in the same ZIP that has the Copilot email campaign kit in it as well as the Microsoft-365-Copilot-Persona-Kit.pptx file.

- Hey, short answer, no. But only users with a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license will be able to use it. Others who collaborate on e.g. a doc, will not be able to use Copilot, but can access the document as they normally would.

No, it is not required that all participants are licensed for Copilot for Microsoft 365. Copilot licensed users may use Copilot in Microsoft Teams even if other meeting participants are not Copilot licensed users.
