Some Microsoft subscriptions are one-year, monthly-billed, and non-cancelable. Even with great technology, attrition happens. If a customer stops paying for legitimate reasons such as bankruptcy, business closure, or leaving a clinic, is there anything a CSP can do?

Jan 21, 2026Hi Mike - unfortunately, there's little Microsoft can do there, as the relationship is managed between the CSP and the customer. You might try reaching out to your Partner Development Manager (PDM) for guidance on that particular scenario.
