Word Writing Problem
Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with the web version of Microsoft Word on my Android phone and tablet.
For about a week, I have noticed issues when typing in Word. After typing something and pressing the Enter key, the text I wrote sometimes disappears. In some cases, even though I press Enter, the cursor does not move to the next line and the words start overlapping each other.
This issue occurs both when I use the on-screen keyboard and when I use a physical keyboard. I have tried several different browsers and devices, but the problem still persists. I also tested it with a different Microsoft account and the same issue occurred.
What could be causing this problem, and how can I fix it?

Hello, first of all, thank you for your response. I have a Microsoft 365 account and I'm using the free version on this account. I know that office applications work better on desktop. However, there are times when I need to use the Word application on my Android tablet. There doesn't seem to be an issue with my internet connection; the problem only occurs in the Word application. When I copy and paste notes, the text appears, but when I try to add to it, my text gets deleted.

First, the Android and online apps are inferior by their design.

I use both, but not for document editing.The problems may be your Internet connection. They may be caused by problems with Microsoft's servers. Consider taking your notes in a different app and then copying and pasting into Word to do your formatting. Again, if you can, you will be ahead using the desktop application.
With the online app, changing browsers can help, but you've already tried that.
