Visual bug or something on office pro plus 2021

Hello! thx for your reply, I tried repair but it's not helping.
My office theme it's colorful, I tried to change it and the black bar still there. And I not seeing this in other apps, just in office.
I used Office 2016 before and not encounter this problem, only when I installed office 2021.
any other advice that I can try? Thanks in advance.

You would want to try setting its value to 1. To turn back on would be the value 0.Just tried it and nothing happened, oh I'm on windows 10 btw. Guess I'll back with office 16, thanks Charles for your help and advice! Appreciate it!
