Tool Bar in Word documents no longer in English

I tried to add Greek language as a second preference language and to install a Greek Keyboard. It wasn't successful. But when I opened or created a new document the tool bar at the top of the document had changed to Greek. I deleted  the Greek language app? in settings and restarted the computer but it is still giving me greek in the tool bar. How do I get rid of it? Perhaps I have to reset word? If si, how do I do this? Thanks

    You can try changing the display language of Microsoft Office back to English.

    Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Open any Office program and click on the File tab.
    2. Click on Options and then select Language.
    3. Under the Choose Display Language section, select English from the drop-down menu.
    4. Click on Set as Default and then click on OK.
    5. Restart your Office program for the changes to take effect.
