Text goes blank on current page and scrolling shows very blurry text

I'm using the latest version of Word 365 on Windows 11.  Microsoft Surface Pro X with SQ2 processor.

Occassionally, and multiple times daily, the display of the text goes blank, and scrolling to all other pages shows very blurry text.  Not the whole screen: The Word ribbon looks fine, as does anything on Windows.  Other apps looks fine.  Only the text looks blurry.

Restarting Word fixes the problem, but it's very annoying.

I have searched forums that say turn off Hardware Acceleration, but that feature to turn it off is not listed anywhere in Word options.  I've seen other settings to try in Word, with no luck.

Other info....

Document is long:  250 pages.

Grammarly is installed, works fine.

mikesafar I have twice experienced something similar in the past week or so. ( Since I started using my WIndows 11 laptop- a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 11). My doc is over 300 pages long. This never happened when I used windows 10.
