Office 365 printing

Every time I want to print a document in Word I receive the prompt "Open PDF" If I don't click on that, it won't print/ If I do click on it, it prints, but I lose my format. What don't I understand?

    HiI Paul_Frey0130 

     

    If possible, open in the desktop version of Word rather than the web browser version. The web version can alter the formatting so best to use the full desktop software instead.
