Seem no direct solution but how about try on Split View?
Use the "Split" feature in Word to divide the document window into two panes. This allows you to keep one section fixed while the other scrolls. You can adjust the panes to keep your typing area visible.

Actually I tried Split window, and that does not solve my problem, and you can review my reply for the mister Charles reply. but thank you so much for telling me about that feature, that feature might help me in the future.
