Headers
I have a four page document that has a header on all pages. I want the header to appear only on the first page. I want to know if there is a way to remove the header from the other three pages.
Go into the header for editing.
Select the entire header and press Ctrl+X to cut the header.
Click on (check) the option for Different First Page.
Paste your cut header. You may need to remove an extra paragraph mark.

Enable the "Different first page" option on the Header & Footer tab in Word (or in the Page Setup dialog box). This separates the first page (of the section) from the others and lets you change its header (and/or footer) content.

Yes there is!
Go to Insert tab
Choose Headers > Edit Header
The contextual menu opens where you can choose to have the first page different from the restYou'll then check the headers on first and second page. Eventually leave the second one blank (this will automatically be the same header on all consecutive pages too, for as long as you stay in the same "section", but that's probably not your case).
Hope this helps!
