Grammar Checker Not as Good as It Used to Be
I'm an editor, and I've been using MSWord since it took over the market in the 1990s. I have my settings set rather tightly. Yet, this summer I find spelling and punctuation errors that the grammar checker would have caught a year ago. And it's suggested fixes includes more semicolons than anyone uses today.
My gut says that it uses AI rather than whatever engine it used to use.

You can report errors via Help > Feedback > Report a problem in Word.
If you want to share some specific examples here in the forum, that would also help.
