Frame Text Direction Bug
Not sure when it started happening, but a former client recently contacted me regarding an anomaly with text direction in frames.
They have a pleading document where the firm information (name and address) is included in frame located in the left margin of the document. The
Text direction is set to run from bottom to top and consists of three lines of text. When the document is opened with Word:
Microsoft® Word 2019 MSO (Version 2508 Build 16.0.19127.20302) 32-bit
All three lines of text are scrunched up on the bottom line.

Microsoft has identified a formatting issue in Word 2019 affecting text direction within frames. Specifically, multi-line vertical text may incorrectly collapse into a single line. Guidance and official updates regarding this anomaly are available in Microsoft’s support documentation, Fixes or workarounds for recent issues in Word for Windows.

Kidd_Ip,
I may have overlooked it, but I did not see anything addressing that issue it the link provided. As have replaced the frame in the client header with a shape and provided a macro to swap the frame with a building block when existing pleadings are opened. Thanks for your reply.
