Hi, because it looks right on screen but fails in print/PDF, I’d focus on rendering, fonts, and printer drivers. Update Office, confirm Cambria Math is healthy, try Microsoft Print to PDF, and test a different printer driver. If these are old Equation Editor objects, test recreating one with modern Word equations
