Customize theme fonts Word
I cannot set custom font sets/theme fonts as this feature seems to be missing in my version.
See attached screenshot where I compare the option on my computer to option that is showed on an online support.
As you can see I don't have the "Customize Fonts" feature button.
I have a Mac and and Office 365.
Grateful for help.I believe that you can't create theme fonts in Word for Mac. You need Word for Windows for that.

Replying to this as it seems relevant. I just installed Office 365 on MacBook and opened a doc in Word. I thought we could hover over installed themes and fonts and the entire document would briefly render them. Even if I choose one outright, it only works on selected text in my doc. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ken

You may want to post your own question. See Stefan Blom's July 6, 2023 response in this thread.
You may want to look at Font Themes by John Korchok.
The simplest solution may be to create the Theme Fonts file in Word for Windows.

Once you have a theme you like, you can apply it to your Normal.dotm file and it will then be a part of any new documents.
There is an article by John Korchok on themes creation in Word for Mac here (requires XML editing):

I think Charles_Kenyon intended to post that same link, but for some reason the link in his message isn't working at the moment.
- acacacCopper ContributorThank's for this answer but I cannot manage XML-editing. I will just have to accept that this is not possible on Mac, I will have to use PC instead. But your answer is great for those who can manage XML editing though. 🙂
- Charles_KenyonBronze ContributorI believe that once you create a custom Theme on the PC version, you will be able to use it on the Mac. However, I do not know this.
- Charles_KenyonBronze ContributorThe link works for me, but here it is spelled out:

It is a related page.Looking more closely at the URLs, I see that your first link was using the http protocol which causes some browsers to reject the link. 🙂
