    I believe that you can't create theme fonts in Word for Mac. You need Word for Windows for that.

Looking more closely at the URLs, I see that your first link was using the http protocol which causes some browsers to reject the link. 🙂

    You are correct. John updated his pages a while back. I thought I had updated my bookmarks as well.
