Cannot Pin Online Word Document to Recent Files List in Word 2019
db8673 I am not sure how much difference there is between Sharepoint and OneDrive in this connection, but in Microsoft 365, I cannot replicate the issue with a document that is located on OneDrive and is set to be shared by anyone who has a link to it.
I have had this problem with Word for a couple years now. Documents I pinned before April 2022 stay pinned, but I can't pin anything new. This happens whether the document is on my desktop or in an online space.
