Can I use a single form field that updates in multiple places in the document

I have a document where I need to insert current date at multiple locations, so I want an option such that if I change one of the dates, all of those should change automatically. But at the same time, I have few other date fields which need a different date.

 

So I want few of the date fields to be linked and few other to be independent.
