Avery Labels not formatted any more
I've been printing Avery return address labels 18667 for a long time from Word, Labels with no problems. Now Word started inserting an extra carriage return after the first line (and I think the second) so I only get two lines. Two different printers. I had Microsoft help chatting with me, and she refreshed the app after checking several things. It's still doing it. Running Office 365 on Dell Desktop with Windows 11. Thanks.
LOWFLYER1 If you add the labels to a document and then turn on the display of non-printing characters by clicking on the ¶ button in the Paragraph section of the Home tab of the ribbon, what do you see?
If you see the following, the formatting of the paragraph used for the text on the labels is set to be double spaced
If you see the following, the Enter key must be been pressed twice after entering each line of the address
If you see the following, Shift+Enter must have been pressed twice after entering each line of the address
If you see the following, the paragraphs used for the address are formatted with space after them
If you cannot sort it out, upload a copy of the document to a folder on your OneDrive that you set to be shared and past a link to the folder back here so that we can see exactly what you have.

Thank you, Doug. I can only follow your paragraph-click instruction in my (long used) document that I use as the source of the return address. That shows single linefeed symbols after each line. Once I paste into the label page, I can't see all those symbols in the form. And it's still double spacing. I've also just tried different fonts, nothing changed. I'm attaching an anonymized version that looks the same. I've tested it, and it also "double spaces". I'm not sure how to give you permission to open the link, maybe it will ask me.
LOWFLYER1 I cannot access that file. Send it to me at dougrobbinsmvp[atsymbol]gmail[dot]com
