We also have problems with the latest update KB5034122 with the error code 0x8007000d.

    Our solutions so far:
    - sfc\scannow and chkdsk = without success
    - Update manually = also produces error code 2147942413 "The data is not authorised"
    - Stopped Windows Updates and Intelligent Background Transfer Service under "Services" + created a new folder for "SoftwareDistribution" and then reactivated all services = update still fails

Are there any other options we can perform without redeploying the clients?

You already followed some of troubleshooting steps.
I would recommend you to follow steps on the following website:

I would prefer that someone explain to me what the problem is. In the past I have done troubleshooting and ended up deleting MS Office. Some Word document do not cyclic crash. Reza_Ameri

The latest update (KB5034122) installed OK, but I am getting various errors with already installed Apps: Microsoft Calculator and One Note will not load (they appear to try to open but then immediately close). I have tried resetting these Apps, but to no avail.

Are you able to install other updates?
    Have you check log files?
Have you tried Windows Update troubleshooter?
