DanielRomero According to my past experience, hard reset has a great chance to fix the boot loop issue on iPhone.

A hard reset on an iPhone, also known as a force restart, is a method used to force the device to restart without going through the normal shutdown process. This technique is especially useful if the iPhone becomes unresponsive or frozen and does not respond to traditional methods of restart or shutdown.

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears, then release the button.

However, If iPhone 11 stuck in  boot loop  and hard reset not working, then you should restore it from iTunes.

2. Open iTunes or Finder.

iTunes/Finder should recognize that a device is connected in recovery mode.

DanielRomero I have done it with my iPhone by reinstalling the iOS firmware. Before doing this, make sure you have a backup of iPhone. 

How to Fix iPhone Stuck  in Boot Loop (iPhone 12 Example):

1. Use a USB cable to connect your iPhone to your computer.
2. Open iTunes on Windows PC and put Your iPhone into Recovery Mode
3. In iTunes, a prompt will appear indicating that your iPhone is in recovery mode. You will have the option to "Update" or "Restore." Choose Restore.
4. iTunes will download the latest firmware and reinstall it on your iPhone. This may take some time.
5. Once the process is complete, your iPhone will restart. You can then set it up as new or restore from a backup.

When your iPhone is stuck in boot loop, and it still won’t boot up, try putting it into Recovery Mode:

1. Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes (or Finder if on a Mac).
2. Perform a force restart as described above, but this time, keep holding the button(s) until you see the Recovery Mode screen (usually shows a cable and an iTunes icon).

If your iPhone is stuck in boot loop won't restore, it's also a good idea to try to completely drain the battery and shut down the phone. When I've encountered similar situations before, I let the battery drain completely and waited until the phone automatically shut down. Then, I plugged in the charger and waited for it to charge a little before trying to turn it on. Surprisingly, this method actually worked and the phone successfully jumped out of the loop! Sometimes the battery status can affect the boot problem, so I suggest you try this.
