What to do if my iPhone stuck in boot loop won't restore? (Windows 11)
Yeah, I've had that happen before—it’s usually a system issue, not hardware. iTunes can be useless in this case, but Fixppo saved me by fixing the boot loop without wiping my data—definitely worth a try!

This technique is especially useful if the iPhone becomes unresponsive or frozen and does not respond to traditional methods of restart or shutdown.
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears, then release the button.
However, If iPhone 11 stuck in boot loop and hard reset not working, then you should restore it from iTunes.
