The list of temporary files in the Insider system storage settings cannot be loaded

After updating to the latest Insider Preview build, when I open Settings → System → Storage and tap Temporary files, the list remains in the Calculating... state and fails to display the file types and sizes that can be cleared, making it impossible to free up disk space through system settings. It remains unresponsive even after waiting several minutes.
