For some reason I am in this Insider programme even though my email is not registered. How this happened I have no idea and I want to get out of it completely. I am never a programmer and I do not want, just to have my Windows 10 back. As I am a Pensioner I have no clues what to do and when I contact Microsoft no help

Just been on line again everything works until I use Microsoft Edge then everything stops so I have to close down again and start from previous edition. This is getting out of hand as it seems I can’t get any help at all from Microsoft as this is not my problem. I am not even registered with them to do all of this

Well I assure you I am as it says my email is not registered and I would never joined as I am not a developer or never been as I am only a PensionerThank you for your help for now I will go back to use the previous one which works fine unless I update. I will hold all updates so I can use my computerThank you again

DeletedAt last I got some help from a lovely Lady from Microsoft who helped me to leave the programme an helped me to save everything then to start from scratch. ow I am back with Windows 10 and I am very happy

    In this case, to have Windows 10 again ( you have to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 ), do you understand that , have you already done such an installation?
