Just been on line again everything works until I use Microsoft Edge then everything stops so I have to close down again and start from previous edition. This is getting out of hand as it seems I can’t get any help at all from Microsoft as this is not my problem. I am not even registered with them to do all of this

In this case, to have Windows 10 again ( you have to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 ), do you understand that , have you already done such an installation?
- As I am an old Pensioner I have no idea how to do all this and as I have mentioned before since I did not join this Dev whatsoever it is then it should be up to Microsoft to do everything for me so I am back in Windows 10
Yes, but there is no other option - you need to reinstall Windows10 , and all files and applications will be deleted, so you need to make copies to an external drive.
Only an experienced user can do this, so it's best to go to a computer service so that they reinstall Windows.
