- Just been on line again everything works until I use Microsoft Edge then everything stops so I have to close down again and start from previous edition. This is getting out of hand as it seems I can’t get any help at all from Microsoft as this is not my problem. I am not even registered with them to do all of this

In this case, to have Windows 10 again ( you have to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 ), do you understand that , have you already done such an installation?
- As I am an old Pensioner I have no idea how to do all this and as I have mentioned before since I did not join this Dev whatsoever it is then it should be up to Microsoft to do everything for me so I am back in Windows 10
