How to Disable or Remove the Interfering Share Pop-up Bar in Windows 11File Explorer?

In the latest version of Windows File Explorer (with the tabbed interface), when I try to drag a file to another tab at the top of the screen, a "Share" action bar automatically pops up at the top of the window. This pop-up completely blocks the title area of the target tab, making it impossible for me to successfully complete the drag-and-drop operation, severely impacting the efficiency of managing files between multiple tabs.

I have confirmed that this is not a feature of any third-party software but a built-in system behavior. My question is: Is there a way to permanently disable or remove this specific "Share" pop-up bar through system settings, Group Policy, or Registry editing, in order to restore a smooth drag-and-drop experience?

If this is a known design introduced in Windows 11 22H2 or later versions, please also let me know if there is an official feedback channel.

Officially, as of now, there is no built-in setting, Group Policy, or Registry tweak available to disable this specific share action bar in File Explorer or during drag-and-drop operations. Microsoft has not provided an option to toggle this feature off, and it appears to be part of the underlying system design.

Currently, Microsoft has not provided a dedicated setting, Group Policy, or Registry tweak to disable this specific "Share" overlay in File Explorer. The sharing system is tightly integrated into Windows 11's modern File Explorer and Taskbar experience, and Microsoft has not publicly exposed options to turn off this particular UI behavior.
