Currently, Microsoft has not provided a dedicated setting, Group Policy, or Registry tweak to disable this specific "Share" overlay in File Explorer. The sharing system is tightly integrated into Windows 11's modern File Explorer and Taskbar experience, and Microsoft has not publicly exposed options to turn off this particular UI behavior.
