Keyboard Driver Problems: There may be a problem with the keyboard driver that causes the keys to behave abnormally.
Keyboard hardware failure: There may be a hardware failure in the keyboard itself, especially in the circuitry associated with the Fn key.
System settings or software conflicts: Certain system settings or installed software may conflict with keyboard functionality.
Below are some suggested steps to resolve this:

Update keyboard driver: Please visit “Device Manager” to locate the keyboard device and check if there is a driver update available.
Check Keyboard Settings: Check the keyboard's Repeat Keystroke settings in the Control Panel to make sure that no settings are enabled that could cause this issue.
Reset the keyboard: If the keyboard is external, try unplugging and resetting it. If the keyboard is internal, consider restarting the computer or try booting in Safe Mode.
Check system and software: Check for recent system updates or installed software that may be causing this issue and try reverting the changes or uninstalling the software.
Use a keyboard test tool: use an online keyboard test tool to check if each key is working properly also try a different browser

You can check the Microsoft Teams app settings to see if there's any option to disable the "Display Windows 11" feature or change the display settings to the default Teams interface.

Ensure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes these pop-ups occur because of pending prompts after an update. If it's a legal terms pop-up, often your best bet is to read through it and accept the terms if you want to continue using your device without interruptions.

They suggested updating the keyboard driver, checking the keyboard settings, resetting the keyboard, checking the system and software, and using an online keyboard test tool to check if each key is working properly.
    3. Check Microsoft Teams app settings: Some users suggested checking the settings of the Microsoft Teams app to see if there is an option to disable the “Show Windows 11” feature or change the display settings back to the default Teams interface.
    4. Restart Mac and close Teams app: For Mac users, it is recommended to restart the device and close Teams app after logging in.
    5. Ensure Windows is fully updated: Another suggestion is to ensure that the Windows system is fully updated as the pop-up window may be an unprocessed prompt after the update.
